2. The holes drilled into the wall were not sealed effectively, leading to moderate water damage to an interior wall. As soon as the fault was recognized, it was rapidly fixed. 3. The electrical system was cross-wired with the pumping system. I don't understand the full nature of the fault, but I can not shut off any private system without all 5 failing.

I was pretty delighted to refer them to my neighbours, but because setup in March, I have not gone 2 weeks without some concern or repair. General I think it's still a good company, but it's disappointing.
